Parents, and anyone with parental responsibility for or day-to-day care of a child, anywhere in the world. You are a member as soon as you have paid.

What you get

  • 10% off live events (excl. VAT).
  • A vote in alliance polls, and the right to elect and stand for the Parents' Council, elected once the alliance has 1,000 members with chapters in at least two countries.
  • Your own voice, separate from Support Membership, which holds the vote at Custorian's general assembly.
  • You speak for yourself, not for Custorian: no member is a Custorian spokesperson.

What you can do in the members area

  • Topics. Suggest what you want to know more about and back other parents' suggestions. We find experts and materials for the most-backed, and email you when yours is ready.
  • Expert library. Guides, checklists and articles from vetted experts.
  • Talks and recordings. Join live talks with experts, ask questions (anonymous unless you choose to show your name) and watch recordings afterwards.
  • Chapters. Join a local or online chapter, or start one at your school or club, and take part in chapter meetings.
  • Forum and polls. Discuss with other parents under the Chatham House rule, post anonymously if you prefer, and vote in or propose polls.
  • Country hub and representatives. Trusted local sources, helplines and regulators, and how your representatives have voted on child online safety.
  • News Digest and members' meetings. The monthly News Digest, with a discussion under each issue, and open members' meetings.
Support Membership
€10 individual, €50 trust & safety expert, €100 non-profit, €500 for-profit (per year, excl. VAT)

What you get

  • A vote at the general assembly on everything except Board composition, after three months' membership.
  • No board seat and no path to certification at any fee level.
  • No Parents' Alliance tools: a parent who wants both joins both.

What you can do in the members area

  • General assembly. Receive notice, propose agenda items, vote (including secret ballots), and give or hold a proxy (at most two per person).
  • Meetings. Join general assembly meetings in the members area's video room; joining records your attendance for quorum.
  • Talks. Register for live talks and send questions in advance.

Towards the Parents’ Council

When the alliance has 1,000 members, with active chapters in at least 2 countries, members elect a Parents’ Council of 7 to lead it.

1 of 1,000 members

0 of 2 countries with an active chapter

Every parent you bring in counts. Invite parents or start a chapter.

Everyone signed in can also
  • Report a concern. Tell our safeguarding lead, confidentially, if you are worried about a child.
  • Settings. Your profile, country, language and notifications.
  • Board members also schedule and join Board meetings, which are minuted.
